This boat was listed with a broker in SFO.Â Upon seeing the boat Jacie and I knew instantly this was not the boat for us.Â The interior of the boat has a real closed feeling.Â Not for us.

The boat is aft cockpit with the owners cabin squashed half sticking into the stateroom and half under the cockpit.Â Once again not for us.

As we were not interested in the boat I did not inspect build quality or other items.Â One item I did note is that the mast had severe corrosion and pitting.Â I am not sure if this is a single ship problem or a manufacture issue.

This design is ruled out.

I am happy to speak very frankly about sailing, living aboard, living in the Caribbean, leaving the US system, or any other topic you want to discuss. I have watched many people come and go from boating in the time I have been living aboard, both those living on smaller boats and those living on 110 foot mega yachts. It seems that many people come expecting tropical paradise and are shocked to find paradise is not always what you see in the pictures but includes some mosquitoes, huge bugs, poverty, stray dogs, crime, drugs, and many other problems left out of the tourist photos.
