This boat was listed with a local broker in Newport Beach, CA.Â Upon seeing the boat Jacie and I knew instantly this was not the boat for us.Â The interior of the boat has a real closed feeling.Â Not for us.

The boat is aft cockpit with the owners cabin squashed half sticking into the stateroom and half under the cockpit.Â Once again not for us.

The particular boat we looked at was in AS new condition.Â I do not believe that it has been out of Newport harbor.Â This could be a great find for someone who wants a Mason.Â The boat was listed with Ardell brokers.

This design is ruled out.

I have watched many people come and go from boating in the time I have been living aboard, both those living on smaller boats and those living on 110 foot mega yachts. It seems that many people come expecting tropical paradise and are shocked to find paradise is not always what you see in the pictures but includes some mosquitoes, huge bugs, poverty, stray dogs, crime, drugs, and many other problems left out of the tourist photos.
